Stressful working environment

AQR has great benefits and perks, however,
I can only describe working for the Production Support team. Very stressful, long hours, weekends, nights. My team was on call 24/7. My direct manager showed the team no direction, leadership and no respect for anyone in the group. We were treated unfairly and blamed for anything and everything.
