They did once find me a job

They aren't responsive to follow-up emails, preferring to ghost people who have applied for work instead of answering queries. They're hot to fill spaces, but they treat everyone like replacement bulbs or batteries for their corporate clients. The fact that you have to pay these people and other companies like them for the right to work for larger companies falls is literally criminal.
Each job contact is assigned one representative for that job, so there is nowhere to turn when your contact there goes silent. It's obnoxious, and I repeat, it is as unprofessional as it can be.
