13 day working fortnight - Every other Friday off

Extremely poor culture - 'Boys club' culture and lack of fairness. Poor Management - Incompetent Senior management that disregard formal grievances. HR are incompetent - unable to follow Employment law and were incapable of setting up staff pension - Breaching the Pension regulations. No growth - very dead end job made worse by the culture and management and arrogance of the 'Brand'. Dealt with COVID extremely poorly.

They take care of you. Good working conditions and environment, super friendly. Cantine is good, great variety and cheap. Working hours are flexible, every other friday is off

Not getting all benefits since I was an intern instead of an employee. Internship topics were 100% bibliographic research and theoretical work, some calculus on pc, but no hands-on real projects in a practical way
