Especially those companies who have a workforce that commute via public transportation. Not this one! Instead we get 3 bottles of Purell and 2 boxes of Clorox wipes. Email came straight from HR. CEO checked out for allowing this to happen. It’s not enough to say you feel sick go home. Step it up. Mandate should be WFH during this epidemic. This is just a small bite of how bad this company is and how cheap. They are not Silicon Valley culture/material. Poor product. Poor marketing execution. I encourage you to sell. Career oops only If you are a good ole white boy then you have opportunity to move up. If not don’t hold your breath. Oh and friends of friends of friends - you know the drill they have a chance ...insidious! Enough with the passive/aggressive behavior from the CEO about come talk to me if you are feeling this way and that - you’ll get canned. Cannot wait to move on!!! Such a disappointment! The company is in a great flux of growth. This requires a level of patience in process, documentation, and finding your way around. The culture at Aravo is the best part of this job. Everyone at this company is focused on a positive work experience creating a solution that benefits our clients. The employees are helpful and patient while you are learning; they are eager to share their experiences and help you steer clear of any pitfalls of the decisions you make while configuring a solution for your clients. Management is wonderfully approachable and there is a pathway for growth; in less than a year, I have already been offered opportunities for advancement in both position and responsibility. The culture truly reflects the company core values and it emanates from the CEO and is pervasive throughout the whole population. Aravo is the market leader in Third Party Risk Management software. With the current push globally for more data security (GDPR) and TPRM increasingly becoming more scrutinized to reduce risk, Aravo is positioned in a great place experiencing phenomenal growth. Aravo ranks up there as one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Executive Management is very approachable, knowledgeable and respectful. There is no micromanaging, but management is always there to provide guidance when needed. Flexible work schedule, great benefits and 4 weeks vacation. Very relaxed business environment with great collaboration between co-workers. As a current remote employee of Aravo for a year now it has been a breath of fresh air joining the Aravo family. For me company culture was a very important element when I was seeking my position with this company and during my interview I asked the various members of the management team what they liked most about working at Aravo and they all answered that they truly enjoyed working with their colleagues and that the environment was positive. This has proven to be true in my experience since onboarding. Everyone I’ve worked with has been more than helpful with assisting me in getting up to speed and sharing their knowledge of the product. There is always someone willing to lend a helping hand. Most impressive to me was that all of the members of the management team I have interacted with actually know the product very well and are always very willing to provide guidance and direction when needed. I commend the management team for their open door policy and for listening to their employees. Also for being very supportive when it comes to providing opportunities for advancement within the company. They place people where they are best fit to utilize their full potential. They also support a work life balance. Working remote sometimes causes people to feel excluded but in my case I have not felt that way. The managers keep an open line of communication and create a team environment by holding team meetings. Configuration sessions also allow the opportunity to collaborate and engage with colleagues. The product itself continues to impress me daily as I continue to learn new things everyday and it offers a great range of flexibility and customizability. Configuration tools and features are user friendly. Product enhancements are very well thought out and executed. While recently starting on a new project I was quite intimidated however I was put at ease very quickly. I feel that Aravo sets their employees up for success by providing them with the resources they need to succeed and they offer a great hands on new hire training. With motivation and a passion to learn this has been a great experience for me thus far! Furthermore, from a project standpoint I like that there is a set of resources assigned to one project. Coming from an environment where I was assigned to various different projects simultaneously I always felt spread thin and as though I wasn’t providing my clients with the best service they deserved however at Aravo it provides for a better client experience to have dedicated resources on a project that can devote all their attention to that particular project. From a benefits standpoint I was also impressed with the wide array of health benefits offered, potential for bonuses and also the 401k matching that is now offered is a big plus! Community volunteer day also was a great experience to take part of!
