New leadership with a vision for the future. Focused product line and shed unprofitable products. New leader that is able to analyze financial data and make decisions quickly. Many top level executives have been removed and a new executive team is evolving.

Major restructuring going on in Mebane, Italy, UK and France facilities. Those who don't like change, likely will not like the current atmosphere to make this company become profitable again. Have not had bonuses in 2+ years

Well, it's just 3 miles from home...

Fake flat organization; after implementing holacracy there has been an incredible rise in the number of so-called managers strolling through days from a meeting to the next one doing basically nothing at all than organizing more meetings;
Hierarchy is fierce: I have been directy threatened by one of my superiors for not "bending the knee" and adore him;
I have been threatened again via the spectral and menacing P&T figure acting on his behalf to be thrown in Production to fix screws for the rest of my working life if I didn't write more "stupidly" (I'm not joking);
No respect at all for people nor talents;
Raise promised in 2016 and never actually given, but more work added after no training at all for a ridiculous wage;
Total lack of guidance and ideas;
Failed at each and every goal set;
Ghostly CEO, absent and silent as a God
