Flexible work from home model, decent pay, opportunity to learn more about how critical infrastructure orgs. manage their staffing, projects, and equipment

Implementation teams fail to deliver solutions on-time and in an effective, efficient manner making it difficult to work/upsell existing accounts. New modules in which they pride themselves on moving forward are significantly overpriced and not as robust as they like to think but rather simplistic and do not provide the value/ROI they claim. Very dull culture.

Coming from a larger company, working at ARCOS has been a refreshing change. Management is very transparent and almost everyone I've worked with seems to live the company's core principles. Very little politics and everyone focused on putting customer success first. Flexible work/home balance with ability to work from home when needed. Generous PTO allowance from day 1 of employment, early dismissal before holidays, and competitive salaries are some of the excellent perks.

As with any growing company, change is sometimes hard. Implementing formal processes has been challenging, but most employees are starting to embrace them.

We have a diverse platform with several mature and emerging products so learning is a constant at Arcos. I feel like my job demands the best from me everyday. I sometimes leave with "Arcos brain" but I am okay with that because I feel accomplished and I can rest easy knowing that I put in a solid days work.
I encourage everyone that I know to apply at Arcos- not just because I think this is a great spot, but because I believe in the services we provide to society. That is pretty easy to rally around.

I don't think that Arcos advertises how many perks there really are. Lots of "extra time" off prior to holidays, free food, a gym that costs $10 (total not per month), a nice onsite cafe, flexible schedules and possible work from home opportunities. I also appreciate that I had all of my work equipment the day I started, it is nice not having to wait around and scrape things together to begin work.
