ANYONE can bring forward thinking at any time. There is no siloing. Creatives get to input on briefs, account people can feedback on creative, etc. The lack of silos can lead to lots of extra credit conversations and a few headaches that don't exist in baton pass agencies. private:argonautinc https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=1312070 Nov 22nd, 2021 12:00AM Open Open Argonaut Strategist Sub Par agency Everyone besides executives were absolutely amazing- kind, collaborative, open minded, creative, and entrepreneurial Strategy team was amazing. Head of Strat was one of the best bosses I’ve ever had and unfortunately is no longer there. Unlimited vacation was a huge perk I’ve never in my life heard so much BS come out of a creative exec’s mouth. Year after year they promised the work would get better and that they would listen to employees. Work has only gotten worse and employees continue to leave unhappy. The agency is run by a couple who have very little allies within the building and their drama has been felt by all departments over the years. They claim they are open to change but always resort to old traditions (ex: they refuse to understand social media strategy and end up making :30 tv spots that don’t align with the audience).
