The “plan” they put coaches on to improve their shortcomings, in my opinion, is incredibly deflating and deceitful.

It saddens me that management here is so quick to fire employees who care about the company mission and are committed to their work.
These are not the behaviors of an innovative, wellness focused company.
Great leaders make those around them better. They find ways to discover the best in people and enable their full potential.
Consider watching this Ted Talk by Simon Sinek: “Why good leaders make you feel safe.” His book is also backed by a great deal of examples that I think this company could really benefit from.
