Very caring and in the industry for the right reasons. The pay and working conditions are good. Opportunities to travel and meet great people in the industry. From my experience working within a management role, the company is toxic. It has no appreciation for staff. Senior Management behind close doors bully and harass staff inside and outside of work. The Arjo saying with people in mind" is far from reality.
