I had the unfortunate experience of working at Arrive Logistics, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. This company preys on fresh college graduates who are eager to start their careers but have no idea what they're getting into. There are zero opportunities for advancement within the company, and the culture is toxic beyond belief. You're treated like nothing more than a number until they decide to hire more unsuspecting students to exploit. Trust me, working at McDonald's would be a better experience by a mile. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Arrive Logistics at all costs.

The management at Arrive Logistics needs a serious wake-up call. It's about time they start actually caring about their employees instead of treating us like expendable resources. Communication is abysmal, and there's no transparency whatsoever. It's frustrating to see so much potential squandered due to their lack of leadership and direction. If they want to retain any semblance of a competent workforce, they better start listening to their employees and implementing some real changes, pronto.
