Free coffee, comfortable working environment. Always cool in the summer and warm in the winter even during the years of difficult years for this industry. Employee have loyalty, and many of the them have been worked for really a long time. I like the dress code - almost no code - you may wear jeans or sports shoes Monday to Friday if you want to. most people only get raised when everybody else get raised too.
