- Weak team culture, many activities feel like a formality or get cancelled
- Engineers have been leaving the team in droves, underpowered team
- No clear career progression within the team, titles don't mean anything
- Long hours, many days team starts at 10am and works till 7pm
- Stuck with old technologies, upgrade only when things catch on fire
- No team outings, happy hour like a dorm party, just talking over drinks in the kitchen

There is no hierarchy feel in this office. The CEO sits in the same space as all of the employees. No one sits in an office. You are encouraged to give your to give your insight. This is a nice and growing company. This is a great place to grow in the Fintech community.

The only con I would give management is there is a little micromanaging. Give your employees a task and trust that they will handle it. Not everyone needs to be on an email thread.
