The entire staff is friendly, helpful, supportive, and vibrant. Getting connected to all of the arts organizations is a huge perk. The job can also lead to some great networking opportunities | There was a lot of turnover just before I started and while I was there. It was unfortunate to see a lot of great folks leave and leadership changes while I was there played a large factor in my decision to leave. All three team members in my department left within5 months of each other. The focus of our work seemed to move more and more away from community engagements and arts advocacy to donors. The office is in a prime location and I was able to learn so much about how arts & culture is funded in the region. The staff is so friendly and even took me out to lunch on my last day! It's a traditional work environment but the work is meaningful and it's rewarding to help raise money for the arts in Cincinnati. | Most of the staff is older, and it is a traditional/conservative environment.
