Nossa rotina diária era bastante puxada, mas recompensadora. trabalhávamos de segunda a sexta, com folga a cada 15 dias. Aprendi a trabalhar em equipe, cumprir regras e alcançar metas. Tanto a direção como a gerencia da empresa demonstravam muita seriedade e competência; sem contar o reconhecimento pelo seu colaborador. Nossa equipe sempre foi muito unida, procurávamos sempre nos ajudar. A parte mais difícil da empresa era nossa rotina de até 12 horas diárias, entrando e saindo as 6. Já a parte mais agradável de se trabalhar nessa empresa era o reconhecimento pelo nosso esforço.

A typical day would be coming in and going to my work area and cutting out the ornaments and then drilling holes through it and putting it together using glue and tape to hold it together while it dries and continuing to make more while they were being produced.
I learned how to use the drill, I learned about the different types of canvas they used, more about photography, some about printing, and about shipping.
Management was ok. Then it worsened because we got a new manager who started making us work 60+ hours mandatory with very short notice.
My co-workers were very hard working, and very cool people. I made so many friends, of which are still my friends now after leaving.
The hardest part of the job was working long days.
The most enjoyable part was getting to work in my area doing my job, I liked it.
