I loved the print room, we were like a family.

They messed up my 2019 tax form.
They never informed me I was seasonal until about a week of me working there And laid me off, I don’t feel like I deserved to be laid off because I’ve always came to work early and gave the work my all. Most managers were very helpful, but one supervisor made it uncomfortable to work.

Good people, mediocre place to work

Just about everyone you will interact with on a daily basis is a lovely person, which makes working here much easier. Unfortunately, the compensation is well below industry standards and you will have to fight for anything you deserve. Upper management makes little effort to place value on employees who consistently work hard and produce results. Depending on your position you can work from home sometimes.

Always room for improvement....

It can be hectic and disorganized they are slowly offering more benefits but after being there for several years advancement isn't usually from within they hire in an outsourced manner to bring in "new" ideas to fix their processes. However the process and people you end up working with isn't the true issue it's the fact management changes nearly every year and none of those folks ever roll their sleeves up and actually work and understand the processes of present. Though there is plenty to complain about they do make lovely photo decor products and it is nice to deliver quality work to those who are trying to capture their memories etc. I love my job, what we do and the people I work with as a "family" of sorts, but hate the penny-pinching salary increases, management changes, and the lack/neglect for advancement within.

Embarassing to say you work there.
|
You get paid little to nothing and they work you like crazy. The products you ship out is what you get paid daily the management expects you not to get sick and you don't get any time off besides holidays. It was a big joke working their the owners were great people but the management were horrible. You work hard and get nothing in return. You are the one working the long hours searching for orders and making sure defected products don't get out the door yet your pay doesn't reflect it. You can not have a family and work here.
