Head office doesn't seem to understand what actually happens in shops. Causes a lot of frustration at times. Can be hard to get a pay rise, took me three years even though they were hiring people with far less knowledge and giving them a higher wage than me.

Buyers need to include more technical gear for woman and also have a better range of fashion items if they want to attract younger age groups into stores. Pay rises shouldn't be just based on how much online training someone has done, real experience should also be considered.
