Co workers were great and hours were pretty good as well The management is terrible. Both managers were incompetent and not intelligent enough to run a company. The new manager that took over wasn't any better. He is pompous and arrogant. There is literally no training and they throw you in and expect you to just figure everything out on your own. And then when you try to figure things out and it's not how they wanted, they belittle and make you feel small and stupid. It does not matter what you do, you are ALWAYS doing the wrong thing. Horrible, HORRIBLE supervision. New management is supposed to me taking over, but they do not seem to be any better. Before commission structured changed working there could be a very lucrative proposition. Outside of the owner-managers, all of the employee tend to get along. Those who enjoy writing will enjoy writing daily activity reports, weekly activity reports of all the daily reports in that week and weekly summaries of their weekly reports. Owners forced changes to commission structure, refused to pay commissions as agreed and forced new contracts on everyone. New pay structure is not enough to put up with managements head games.
