A very good working experience, employees are very pleasant to work with, they help each other.
The management on the other hand is what makes the company a great place to work for and gain experience. When I came in I didn't had the experience but they believed in me and they devoted a lot of time to teach me. I appreciate them so much.

Great Work Environment

The environment of ASAP Systems made me fall in love with my job and made me look forward coming to work everyday. For me, the environment of a workplace will make or break the company, and ASAP really worked on its environment to accommodate every employee. My teammates became like a second family to me, we help each other, we support each other and we work great together. As for the management, they are great mentors and leaders but most importantly they are FAIR with their employees.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. ASAP Systems is run by Horrible management from the CEO, President, Down to HR. If your looking for a decent work environment with at clear communication between staff this is not the job for you. This office is very poorly run. Your chances of advancing through this company are very slim. You will not be trusted and will be watched heavily by the CEO and President. I had worked with the marketing team in Lebanon over Skype for advertising in America regularly and had corrected the marketing team on a couple reoccurring mistakes they were making daily. Unfortunately that would mess up a lot of my work day trying to fix said mistakes which I later got written up for because I was not able to reach my goals for the day. To say the least favoritism runs through these offices. You can benefit more from unemployment than you can working for this company. Do not waste your time.

In a nutshell, the CEO is a micromanager. He is not a leader. He drills down on minutia daily rather than focusing on big picture to enable success. Turnover is abysmal. It’s just not a place for growth.

Absolutely one o the worst places I have ever had go work.

There’s not much you can say about this company except that it’s run by a bunch of inexperienced people that have no business running a company. Nothing is ever their fault and it’s always the sales/sales engineers when the sales are tanking even when mage net created the issue. I’ve never witnessed so many rude and unprofessional people in my life.

I was the most recent Sales Team Lead for ASAP Systems. During my 7 months, I was micromanaged to the point of hating my job. When I attempted to discipline my team on what any other company would say are valid reasons, they would overturn it. They changed the commission structure 4 times in 2 weeks with rediculous goals, such as not sending long emails, and now I'm having to sue then to get paid the commission they owe me from last qtr.

No room for advancement and easy to be fired.

The company is managed terribly. If you say anything remotely bad about the software you are setting yourself to being fired. They will also find ways to use your time in ways that are inefficient. Very small team and if anybody from a different department were to quit it will almost put a large standstill on the entire operation.
As a Sales Engineer, your commission isn't based on how many demos you do, but rather it's based on how well the sales department is able to make a sale. So after the demo, if they can't make a sale, whether that day or months later, even though you haven't talked to the customer anymore since, you are hindered by it.
The company sells a software that is also always buggy. There are bugs that can be found that affect core functionality and aren't fixed for months. These will be there for demos and hinders you even further during presentations.
