Loved all the topics that I had to teach as a trainer, and the learning opportunities offered by the agency. The salary is low for what the job entails. Programs have received more support through a newly hired Vice President. Employees are offered a competitive salary in the early childhood education field. There are several programs within ASCC, which makes it possible to find a new position without leaving the agency. The agency used to pay for much of the health insurance cost, but employees pay a higher percentage now.
