They paid only 12 $ per hours for CCP, But they want you to be available in 24 h, They, not appreciated at all. remember when you agree on work with them, not just you, your car and time belongs to them, without any support The communication between employees like elementary school or even kindergarten. you have spied to your job, eye on you, from some of your co-workers, if they have professional managers or educational managers, maybe the situation is better.
