That being said, constant policy changes, especially with what can and cannot be done by phone is not only confusing for members but employees as well. Pay is alright at 15 an hour, employer paid insurance and such is nice. Only one 45 minute break for lunch for your 8-9 hour shift, which is not fun. You can beg for a 30 minute lunch and 15 minute break, and I would reccomend doing so. My mental health has definitely been affected by this job. Some callers are just downright mean and hateful. Not much that you can say about it unless they threaten you physically, which is very unfortunate. This job is not for everyone.
