There is always room to grow in Ascendify, I had started as a QA Engineer and was able to grow into Full Stack Engineer in the end there and I was not the only one who was given the opportunity to grow or choose their career path.
Ascendify has a very good benefits list Health+Dental+Vision, 401k matching, unlimited PTO, bonus programs, and home office expenses coverage.
I always enjoyed the culture and openness among colleagues and top management.

• keep it simple - machine learning and artificial intelligence are definitely nice to hear and have, but I think people using the product on a daily basis want something simple, something intuitive that works and saves them time and money.

-The entire team cares about the mission and are passionate about helping Enterprise companies transform how they recruit and develop.
-Moving into a beautiful new office space next month with outdoor terraces and a 3 minute walk from Embarcadero Station.
-Game changing product that Fortune 500 companies are using to support their transformations.
-Autonomy and creative freedom. This team is made up of a lot of highly skilled professionals and management treats them as such. This isn't necessarily a "perk", but something I've genuinely appreciated since Day 1.
-Even though we're a small company, we still get a ton of support. Founders and Sr. Management team like rolling up their sleeves; nothing is below their pay grade type of attitude.
-Very good career progression opportunities and performance is always recognized.

- Is still a startup so you have easy access to everyone in the company
- All the employees are good friends and it is easy to reach out to everyone
- I had a very hands-on experience in that I was able to actively participate in day to day jobs as well as executive meetings. They want you to learn as much as possible and take away a lot from working here.
