I was offered another opportunity with more money which is why I left after a little over a month. I had a great Senior Lead. I had great trainers. And they care about their employees. Everyone is optimistic and direct. Our training class and trainers struggled with online learning but this is just how life is right now. There is no way to compensate and prepare for every issue, impossible. It's scary how much we rely on technology nowadays. They are more concerned with acquiring smaller retirement businesses, than they are taking care of the ones they already have. When they take over they sweep in and provide a couple days of introduction to Ascensus and then they are gone, leaving their employees to deal with managers that have no care or concern for administrative employees. The hostile work environment that is created causes a large turnover and exit interviews are useless because nothing changes. Not one transition went smoothly - changed from cash to accrual accounting during busy season, and management decided to switch our operating system, from ASC to Relius during the same time.
