Assembly Worker United States USA Toxic place to work - mostly because of dinosaur managers Checks don't bounce. Decent benefits. Most of the people there are good hardworking folks. There's a few toxic members in management that abuse their position and make everyone stressed out and afraid of losing their jobs. Dead end job. No training or employee development. If you can't learn to assemble their product quickly enough they'll fire you. Raises only keep pace with inflation. No bonuses worth mentioning. If you haven't been there 20 years than keep your mouth shut, don't ask questions, and don't have an idea on how to improve things. Don't ask questions about their quality procedure, especially to a lead, or manager. Supervisors interrupt breaks with work requests regularly. Management style is like dictatorship. There is no communication except at the executive level. There's almost no communication between departments unless some kind of crisis happens. Management, with a few isolated exceptions, doesn't know the meaning of teamwork. The entire company is filled with leads and managers defending their little territories against each other. Aseptico desperately needs to hire a workplace culture consultant, and train their managers to treat people like humans. Smart, talented employees leave to go work for Boeing or some other company once they have experience. If someone comes along who is smart, and works really hard, the production manager piles more and more job roles onto the person until they're ready to break. United States USA Best Company I have worked for The owner always has Aseptico's employees best interest in mind, never cuts corners for cost when it comes to employees. Small company, high quality, relaxed environment, hard workers. Employees that actually care about the company. In most cases, the company adhere's to stricter quality and regulatory standards than their competitors, making them ethical sound. Really good healthcare and 401k for size. Traditional company framework. Does not have the fun vibe of the modern firms of downtown Seattle.
