Previously good , new Indian management lacks long term vision and seems confused

Good product company for mainframe developers
Good initiatives such as sodexo,subsidised cab service , benefits better then service companies
Some mainframe products do provide learning if you are able to pick up some by yourself.

Processes such as Agile , other management practices not mature, no training , most of the new joiners will be confused , no trainings or KT.
As company is very small , no brand value , no mature processes ,
Management Mostly driven by very conservative people , might get offended and are very narrow minded, will play politics due to virtually no growth ,as the companies most of revenue generating product are in saturated markets such as mainframe , hence do not expect any growth.

- There is no one to ask about your problems.
- No place for hard working people.
- Your manager will not come to know whatever you work.
- No transparency between employees and top level management.
- No learnings.
- No team culture.
I joined 2 years ago. On the joining day, I got my laptop and everything. On the same day, they gave just few info about the product and next day, started assigning the stories.
If you work on a feature, then the bugs will come to you only until you leave the company.
- You can't learn anything new since they are using old technologies
- If you are absent on a day, your co-workers will never know about it and they don't have a process to keep the co-workers in "CC" of the leave email.
- Managers doesn't know anything. You have to beg product team if you get a requirement.
