Days consist of helping customers with their orders and after sales questions. Can be busy at times but generally pretty calm. It is a retail company even though online only, so still has some odd hour requirements.

Very stressful environment, NOTHING done to show appreciation to employees, minimal to no growth positions, minimal benefits, lower than market value pay, no raises or evaluations for yrs; bad ratings by customers on-line and BBB; Black mold and leaks were present in building; Will be surprised if it still exists in 2 yrs

I learned all about the luxury watch industry and what it takes for brands to really succeed in a highly competitive industry.
A typical day included reading 100 emails in the morning and prioritizing them and then replying to customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Most enjoyable part was working with the actual watches and taking my own pics to share them with certain clients.
