Realizaba guardias con 22 pacientes en una unidad de cuidado intermedio. Y solo estaba yo como RN para TODO. Creo que dentro de todo eso es lo mas que me afectaba. Iguakmente en turnos durante el dia asignaban demasiados pacientes para pocos RN.
