Management style is Bipolar, schizophrenic, dissociative and completely out of touch with staff and reality. Highly nepotistic where pretty much the only long termers are part of the family clan. No advancement, completely disorganized, no leadership, no clarity. A shock this company even functions if that’s what you can call it. Someone should look into where the money is really coming from.
