Constantly living in fear of cut backs/layoffs has created a toxic culture on campus particularly among administration. Pay is low and experience/longevity is not rewarded. Until the culture changes at the top it will continue to be a difficult place to find security.

Great people overall and working with students is rewarding.

Excellent environment

The University leadership truly values each person and it shows. Fantastic place to work, though they struggle to increase wages overall. The enrolling is increasing, but not for residential education. Strong board and good leadership overall.
