Loved my job here but went downhill after investors took over, poor management and Micromanagement from investors.
|
Initially was a great company to work for but then the business was sold to investors, who micromanaged every person in the company generating so much paperwork there was no time for anyone to concentrate on their jobs.

Ashtead is Okay, but Needs Improvement

Ashtead management is understanding when you need time off. The company compensates employees about as well as any and the atmosphere is relaxed and easy- going. The location is good, too, since it is right next to the beltway.
|
Ashtead is not in the best financial condition. In additin, upper management is not always straight with employees and communication on the part of some of them is well below average.
