The management is unprofessional. The target sales list will be compromised to give benefits to certain workers. A great deal of partiality in the office. Employee mistreatment is so bad no new employees stay long. Consider yourself lucky if you managed to get the incentive on your name or if your boss hadn't stolen it.

The CEO is the only man with a little bit of ethics. But I think treating employees the right way is not one of his top priorities because he protects only those who reports to him to directly.

5) If anyone in that company feels threatened by their subordinates they will make sure that he is gone and his voice is drowned.
