I learned a lot of the Real State Industry and how the market works. I had the chance to interact on high level meetings with prospect clients.

Worked a lot and would have liked to get a higher salary for the required skills as I have a very high qualification which in any other country would have been rewarded with a better salary.

very small, top heavy organisation run by one lala. No process in place. Shaky financial situation. No assurance on Salary. Particulary they scam the top bschools saying that they offer 15-25LPA with a variable component, which is never materialised.

Employees are hired in large batches but then can be told to leave at any time without warning or notice. Many foreigners who also get terminated at little or no notice period making it very difficult for them to plan their relocation and often costly flights back home. The chairman paints a very exaggerated picture of the company when going on hiring sprees to reputable academic institutions. The new hires then have the shock of their life when they see what is the actual reality. There are very little morals or humanity as many employees are disrespected and / or humiliated in front of their peers. Many cases of employees running out in tears. Very often salaries are delayed, paid in parts. Fat packages offered for senior members who often do not fit in the position. They are also messed around with salaries - often go for months without pay. The future looks very bleak for this "company". With no further projects in the pipeline either in residential or for mall leasing, it is unclear where future income will be generated from. Already the reputation has been tarnished because of totally one sided broker agreements meaning often brokers get only a part or no commission at all. Training is minimal. Job certainty is very unstable so very little scope for growth / promotions. Most people don't last more than a year.
