Worst Company - They will not pay you

No pros of working here. This company is runs by thugs and they blackmail you for working without proper salary.

I lost my job despite being one of the most qualified faculty in the pandemic. It was not due to less funding, but because the company wanted to hire me as a freelancer at one third the price of working before. and they did the same with most others.
working hours are less flexible where they expect you to take classes at even 11pm at night.
the management is poor and for three months in a row miscalculated my salary and paid me less. Despite pointing out many times, after 6 months of leaving the firm, my dues have still not been paid.
The culture is poor where the faculty are used as pawns and hired and fired as time goes. they even hired people working at 300 rs per hour for jee study, which is pathetic. even the students complain a lot to the customer service of the company being lazy and even the faculties have to contact the customer service like a telecom company and wait for the executive for their salary which is their right.
Take my advice, don't the join the coaching industry at all, and if you do, join some reputed company. This is even worst than the offline coaching mafia. you wouldn'e even know when your career got ruined.

-nobody listens or improvises
you are expected to work day and night. i have taken lectures at 6am and at 10pm during my weekoffs also. the teacher is expected to be present 24/7 and even on all the holidays
if the teaching hours are less you have to make unwanted and unnecessary sheets to complete your hours.
efforts are not recognized.
-your lectures are attended by admin staff to give you feedback
you are publicly humiliated in group meetings without a proof. fighting back doesnt help.
-studentswork is not monitored at all and teachers are scrutinized constantly
a lot of tech stuff. almost everything from attendance to your number of working hours and performance are done online. (majority of which is useless)
if you happen to leave for some very very genuine and urgent reasons, they legally sue you for payment of 3lakhs which is illegal.
all in all, a highly unhealthy and unfriendly atmosphere.
