Beautiful Setting

Beautiful building and co-workers. ASM is a member run organization with many great people. Flexibly work environment and family oriented workplace. Remote working abilities.
|
New structure implemented 5 years ago includes no pay increases. Benefits were great when I first started but have declined incredibly in the past 7 years. No onboarding processes leaves new employees feeling unsure.

Getting rid of the full time HR person was the biggest mistake I've seen. Since then, benefits have decreased, no raises have been given, recruitment of new staff is not up to par, and staff moral is very low.

leadership team who mismanage organization for years. get rid of finance department at all levels. no raises for staff for 4 years. Management got raises and bonus. Critical staff left years ago.

Wonderful people and working environment. Technology budget is proper for the organization's size. Everyone puts in a hard days work, but there is good work/life balance. Staff events every couple months for a change of pace for employees. Beautiful grounds; recently-renovated building. Flexible schedule.

Industries may be tapped for the various business units as revenue is typically difficult to achieve. Company needs to be more agile to break into emerging technologies quicker and more authoritatively.
