They are basically liars. Every promise they make during the interviews are lies.
Bonus scheme ? Lie.
Flexible working hours ? Massive Lie. ( You can be late once or twice, then you are in trouble )
On site parking ? If you want to walk 30 minutes across Bolton Town Center.
HR ? Non existent.
Job security ? Nope. You can never tell when you will get fired. It doesn't depend on your job performance at all. One day they will tell you its all good, and that you are safe, next you will be fired.
Confidence in Employees ? None.
They hire the best people for the job but never let them actually work.
Maximum amount of micro-management. The CEO thinks he knows everything from IT to Marketing, HR to Litigation ( The so called DR, does not even have a degree ) and dismisses the actual professional opinions, enforces his own ideas instead.
No smoke breaks.
Can't drink during lunch or you will be sent home.
Imran and Kamran brothers do continuously put the employees down and try to revoke motivation boosting applications.
Massive turnover, 20 people leaves in a month.
Worst of all is that you as an employee, have no value to these people, you are just a name and a face to them. And you get treated as such.
Everybody knows Asons Solicitors, but not in a good way. With the recent allegations of further fraud, they don't like it either. Do yourself and your professional career a favour, stay well away..

When I first started with Asons what a firm they did everything to motivate staff, opportunities to progress were always available. There was so much positivity and bonuses were amazing then all of a sudden it changed
|
I would advise no 1 to work for this company they are fraudsters targets were set and still would ask for more claims to be taken on pay was rubbish you want time off they have a problem with that they were never satisfied with the results everyone would get this company is going down hill
