Management seems to be detached and many times negligent regarding employees, their recognition, and opportunities for advancement. Basic leadership is not there. Frustrating place to work because of lack of communication, coordination, planning, and advancement opportunities. An inefficient place to work with long hours being the norm. Working level employees, especially the s/w engineers seem to be viewed as expendable commodities.
