Current ones have no clue how to run a business. They took over a great company and are running it into the ground. The directors are resigning...3 this year, so far. HR & Systems Engineer (both best the company has had) was reduced to part time. Everyone openly discusses job searches. Most think the only hope is for owners to sell before it's too late. Pay is low. Owners expect everyone to work all the time, but don't value the ones who do. There is no 401K match, bonuses or pay raises (frozen this year too...after the layoffs)..there are no perks at all. The people here are awesome, across teams and in warehouse. I really love my team. They are very talented and dedicated to doing a great job.
