Great place to work, wish they remained successful

The managers were absolutely amazing with maybe the exception of one. However, the environment was great as long as you did you job. Probably one of the highest paid positions for any CSR position I’ve ever seen. Not to mention best PTO and time off policy I’ve ever seen.

Not a good place to waste your life

From management down the company is rotten to the core. Lots of hands in the $$ jar here, but nothing is given the people who actually work hard to try and move up. No possibility for advancement, and if you’re good at your job, oh have fun with all the extra work they’ll put on your plate without due compensation. The culture here? There isn’t one. Engagement? Forget about it. The company was good for 3 months in 2020 when the previous customer service managers worked there, after that, it went downhill.

Inclusive but disorganized

Working here had many challenges from having to train ourselves to terrible lack of communication, bad organization, many mandatory overtime hours despite barely average pay, minimal benefits, no wage increases with increased responsibility and skills, always wondering if you’re in the next round of lay offs because of over or under estimation in workload forecasting. Overall I’m shocked this company is still in business.
