You pick your own schedule and locations for job sites. The staff would often work with you too to make picking up a dropping off supplies easier because the warehouse is in Edina. Being that it was a start up company, they require a lot from you. I worked long days and nights that provided for little to no work/life balance. They believe in only one business model, which does not work very well as Minnesota (where the company is based) is very different from Baltimore and DC. I learned a lot and made some amazing connections that have help foster my career path. Work from home. Doing various sporting events was really fun because each event was different and you did not know what was going to happen. Also traveling to different part of the state was also fun because you met different people some nice and some rude. I met a lot of good people working for Aspire and made some lifelong friends. But they is a huge downside. Our current 2 bosses are not the greatest because they are not good listeners, always yell at you for the littlest thing, to harsh on young teenagers, and yell at you when you make a mistake and don't tell you how to fix it. They is also a lack of communication between the employees and management.
