I love the caliber of people at Aspire I get to work with every day. Great team. When I say it's a 'family environment', I meant that in a very good way. Everyone looks out for each other. Long-term relationships. Leadership invests in its employees. Very supportive environment. Lots of positive change has been put into motion this year (2020). Appreciate the focus on our people, continuous improvement, long-term strategy, new innovation, etc.

Not much. Overall, great company. Communication and transparency from senior management has improved this year. Want to see recent positive momentum continue.

Salary and benefits are good and equal to the market. People are being rewarded for their loyalty and time with the company even for new people who just joined the company. We had the best all company meeting this year since I have been with the company. Strong leaders for in the company and they care about their employees. I like the President, AspireHR is growing and he talks to everyone to get to know them. I don't know about the other reviewer but we do have an HR manager who helped me in the past.
