Almost Everything!! Colleagues are professional and friendly, probably because we are all treated with respect in line with our Company values. Really relaxed, family style atmosphere within an diverse and international mix of people. Great benefits such as free Nespresso coffee and fruit. Management has an "open door policy" really keen to talk to everyone and listen their opinions.

After a few weaker years the performance of the company has picked up again and numbers are being made. Forecasts are looking good as well.

Due to market picking up and number of open positions, the workload is currently high. There is an urgent need to fill these open positions.
Senior Management has been 'rebuild' from scratch in London. This was much required, but the cultural gap between UK and other offices needs to be closed.

Things are improving

Since joining all the staff globally are great people with a real willingness to go the extra mile for the company. Its a steep learning curve for sure as the product is complex but this also provides the flexibility to work on a multitude of projects , platforms and program engagements.
Senior management have been replaced across the globe. This was long overdue and the new management team in place have a clear vision on where the company is going and improving its engagement with staff and customers.
Head office locations are good and the company give us a good work life balance

Steep learning curve means it may take time for people to add value quickly. The improving internal training programs should see this lead time reduce.
