The inside sales team gets together every morning for a motivational prep session, high energy, great start to the day. | People seem to get fired a lot. You see them go to the office and come back looking stunned like a fish being clubbed on a pier. Their motto is "slow to hire, quick to fire". It makes everyone nervous, not knowing if they are next, as they seem to fire good people.
