People-oriented management with a big focus on culture among all offices which means you get to work with some truly amazing people.
Great environment for young programmers to jump-start their career and also for experienced developers to prove their skills in challenging international projects.
Lots of opportunities for learning and developing new skills. (hard & soft skills training, certifications, technical workshops, conferences, mentorship)
The team is young and the colleagues are very helpful. A lot of internal events/team buildings/contests are being organized in order to reward employees’ efforts and to make this a great place to work.
The management supports all kind of innovative ideas that can help people feel better at work. (biking club, fishing club, gym/tennis /football subscription, entertainment room and more)

At this time I do not see many cons. Sometimes it might be too stressful because of the complex tasks and deadlines, but I suppose this is normal for every company. The people who work hard and put the effort in are succeeding.
