Good people, upper management needs work.

I enjoyed the work I did and the department I worked for. My manager was really special and I enjoyed working with him/her. My coworkers were pleasant and mostly hardworking, good people. Never had much conflict. Pay was reasonable for my position. The work was repetitive but still had enough to keep me interested.

Company lacks modern technology and skillset. Everything is designed to be a custom home brew system. Takes lots of learning and they are dead set on using it.
Company culture is sales first. If your in sales, that is good. If your not, you get to clean up their mess.
Upper management is not open to new ideas, only ideas that conform to their view of the company.

Nice small company atmosphere with small office.

Management is terrible. Has no idea how to manage an office. Creates a lot of issues. Does not know any HR rules. Does not know how to make employees stay. Very high turnover.
