Worked here for a little over a year. Due to new management, department reorganization, etc., it was pretty hectic. Communication was really poor about pretty much everything. Spent months trying to nail down processes, roles, etc. No one took leadership roles but everyone was more than happy to complain about everything. Lots of people have worked there for a long time so politics, cliques, etc., exist. Makes working with them difficult; especially if conflicts arise. Really unprofessional and childish behavior. No one there seemed to be genuine or honest which was disheartening. Lots of unproductive meetings and not a whole lot of coordination between groups until things get escalated.

Units operate in silos, some leaders are excellent, others are terrible. The experience working there, like most places, was dictated by your manager. Some teams are truly dysfunctional. I'm also unsure how the organization will hold up in the quickly evolving world of tech.

Fire your entire IT management chain. The current IT management lies, gaslights, and manipulates employees, and cares more about Mindtree contractors than AAMC employees of long standing.
