Good team, but top management don't really care about workers.
|
Pros
Before 2022, there was great company culture. Good salary, learning opportunities (even you could change your branch f.e. from qa to fe dev), good projects, good life&job balance, etc.
Cons
At the end of 2022 and in 2023, there were 3 layoffs. Every time they said, it was the last one but that happened in 3-4 months periods. They were not transparent and also the company is not losing money (as they said) only cannot reach their 2022 and 2023 goals. First, they limited everything such as activities, bonuses, etc. But it was not enough. They fire lots of seniors, leads, and even managers. Many people who work for this company for years (5-10+) got fired because of the bad management. That this is because of the new partners of the company. Now, people don't want to stay here and don't know what to do. The engineering team doesn't have the motivation anymore.
