A place to learn before you make your big leap in career

+ Conducive and professional working environment
+ Big end of year bonus, especially if you have a great performance
+ A part of huge conglomeration group (Astra Intl) so you have a chance to 'jump' to another affiliated companies to pursue your career

- Too systemic, sometimes you will find it hard to make yourself differ from others
- For a young and bright employee, it can be frustrating because your career seems stagnated because of too many senior employee 'blocked' your path to supervisor /management level
- Salary seems low compared to another company (etc, multinational company in same industries), but the remuneration as a whole (if you take bonus into equation) is quite satisfying.
