Astrobotic is leading America's return to the Moon by developing small landers and rovers. Working there I got a great sense of purpose and accomplishment.

Doing something that matters comes at a cost. There was a heavy workload, and budgets were very tight at times.

Unique, exciting amazing projects to work on. Team is conformed by brilliant people. Really nice facilities.

Management team doesn't have managerial experience. Project timelines are ill-defined and deadlines are arbitrary. Funds are arbitrarily allocated as well. Brilliant people without too many people skills can make the day to day pretty tedious.
