There is a mixture of talent - the more senior employees and the newer management hired to replace them over the past year. There is no cohesive organization. Policies seem random and applicable depends upon your Manager/department you work for. Basically leadership is weak and lack experience and are not held accountable. Very satisfying. Loved working with the customers and Sales Reps. The people I worked with were fun and very supportive. My work "family", couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with. Everyday was different, but always busy. The most enjoyable part of the the job was feedback from the customers, stating how they appreciate all you do for them. Unfortunately a new CEO was hired to make acquisitions. Once he came on board, management no longer cared about their employees. positive moral was non-existent. We were all just waiting for the "shoe to drop", and it did. The company is currently transitioning their manufacturing to their China facility, so my position is ending in 3 months. I appreciate the opportunity to utilize my purchasing skills into operations.
