The company experiences a high degree of turnover which leads to frequent departmental reorganization which is very frustrating. The company offers a competitive salary and great benefits. Will make up lies and have others support those lies. As a member of the marketing team, our recommendations for new product development were consistently ignored while the favorite research products in development were focused on- all which would have a minimal impact on revenue growth. The turn over rate is over 20% per year- the sales team is under appreciated as were members of the marketing team. Enjoyed working with the scientists and executives. The most enjoyable part of the job was the workload I had - kept me very busy. The hardest part of the job was frequently changing management.
